The locally owned cafe will offer a full range of coffees,teas, hot chocolate, matcha and smoothies. There will be a selection of handmade cakes and traybakes with vegan and NGCI options as well, along with freshly baked scones.

 To support additional local owned businesses, a majority of the fresh ingredients have been sourced locally within Lincolnshire. This includes the bakery products and coffee beans from Louth, fresh meat from Grimsby, scones from Keelby, and cakes from Lincoln.

 The cafe will also be serving yoghurt bowls with a selection of toppings and the option of adding protein powder supplement. There will be toast and teacakes available, in addition to a range of sandwiches and toasties available on white, wholemeal, gluten free bread or paninis.
